Russian Chicken
Ingredients:5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut in half12 oz Russian Dressing10T sugar free apricot preservesPreheat oven to 350. Lay chicken on bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish. Put 1T of apricot preserves on each piece. Pour in Russian Dressing. Bake for 1 hour.WW points - 5.Best served with rice. Points figured with no more than 1T of the sauce poured on top.
